The Platform connects you with the potential employers.  The use of the Platform by you is completely at your own risk and the information/ advertisement are on "as-is" basis.

You are allowed to apply for postings/advertisements as displayed on the platform during your access of the Platform.

We do not guarantee any interview and/ or employment opportunities to you with respect to the postings on our platform. Your interview and/ or employment opportunity shall be dependent on the requirement and/ or satisfaction and/ or availability of the advertiser

The Services may include services, content, documents, and information owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available by a third party  Affiliates (Third Party Services), and may also include links to the Third Party Services. You understand and acknowledge that Third Party Services are the responsibility of the respective third-party or Affiliate that renders such Third Party Services. You further acknowledge that your use of such Third Party Services is solely at your own risk.

The Platform's content/ information/ advertisement is its own proprietary. You acquire no intellectual property rights on the content/ information/ advertisement or Services of the Platform.

You hereby agree to not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any law of the country.

  B .Employer/Advertiser

The Platform enables You as preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information with the prospective seekers, wherein You have a bonafide intension to connect or be connected for the purposes of fulfilling genuine vacancies for the respective postings/advertisement.

You shall accurately fill out the requirement of the job details, candidate requirement and company details in the respective postings/advertisement. The Platform shall duly verify and review the postings/advertisement posted by You and You agree that the postings/advertisement are on "as-is" basis.

Upon the verification and review of the of respective postings/advertisement, the same shall be live on the Platform for the visibility of the seekers, wherein the seekers shall be able to apply for the respective postings/advertisement.

The respective postings/advertisement shall be available for view on the Platform for the specific period as opted by You during the time of the selection of the plan subscription. Upon the expiry of the specific period respective postings/advertisement shall be automatically removed as listed posting/ advertisement if the validity is not extended by the You. You shall be able to de-active respective postings/advertisement even before the expiry of the valid specific period, if the post is no longer needed.

We do not guarantee fulfilment of the vacancies with respect to the postings/advertisements on our Platform.

The Platform's content/ information is its own proprietary. You acquire no intellectual property rights on the content/ information or Services of the Platform.

You hereby agree do not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any law of the country.

Upon the creation of the account, you shall create your profile and shall/may submit the details including but not limited to your name, gender, age, education qualification, date of birth, job experience, resumes, cover letters, skillset, preferred place of employment, and other data.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the User Content submitted by you upon the profile creation. Any content that is false, misleading or violates third-party rights is prohibited on the Platform.

You consent to the usage of the User Content by the Platform for the purposes of operating, promoting, improving and delivering the services of the Platform.

The Platform at its own discretion reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates the Terms & Conditions including the Platform Policies without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mema Local Jobs, its owners, operators and affiliates from any claims, liabilities or damages arising from the use of the Service of any Third-Party content.

 B. Employer/Advertiser

Upon the creation of the account, you shall create the respective posting(s)/ advertisement(s) and fill the required information including job details, candidate requirement and company details in the respective postings/advertisement (referred to as "User Content").

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the User Content submitted by you upon the profile creation. Any content that is false, misleading or violates third-party rights is prohibited on the Platform.

You consent to the usage of the User Content by the Platform for the purposes of operating, promoting, improving and delivering the services of the Platform.

The Platform at its own discretion reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates the Terms & Conditions including the Platform Policies without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mema local Jobs, its owners, operators and affiliates from any claims, liabilities or damages arising from the use of the Service of any Third-Party content.

5. Restricted Activities

You are not allowed to use the Platform to harass and/or discriminate against others.

You are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive or spamming activities.

You consent to not misrepresent your identity, qualification, employment details or any other affiliated relevant information.

You are not allowed to develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots, other types of mobile code or any other means or processes to scrape or otherwise exfiltrate from Mema Local Jobs, or copy details of the advertisement and other data from the Website.

You are restricted and prohibited to use the Services including but not limited to the details of the advertisement of the Platform for commercial purposes.

You are prohibited from collecting or harvesting identifiable information such as Name of the advertiser company, preferred location, preferred roles, salary range, job description among others available to you from the usage of the Website while usage of the Platform.

Your use of the Website is and at all time shall be governed by and subject to the laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property and you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any laws and for any infringements of any intellectual property rights caused by your use of the website through your device.

The Platform owns all intellectual property rights to the Platform or Services including the trademarks, device marks/ logos, software/technology and content, excluding User Content. We own all the copyrights in relation to the Website.

Mem Local Jobs assumes no responsibility of the interruption or cessation of transmission from our Services including but not limited to the transmission of the bugs, viruses, or other harmful elements through the Services by Third-Party.

Mema Local Jobs does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Services, any linked services, or featured in advertisements/ banner for marketing purposes. We absolve from any liability and/or responsibility for monitoring any transactions between you and third-party provides of products or services.

Mema Local Jobs operated from its facilities in Andhra pradesh, India. Mema Local Jobs makes no representation about the suitability or availability of the Services in other location.
